Our daily e-magazine encourages readers to submit feedback for inclusion on the site. E-letters to the editor are tentatively scheduled to appear on Thursdays. will consider all submissions, even those critical of the site and its content. E-letters must:

  • Be no longer than 200 words.
  • Use civil language.
  • Include the following information about the author: first and last name; city and state of residence; and e-mail address. This information will accompany one’s e-letter, if published. may edit submissions for length and AP style.

Readers can submit e-letters via the “Byte Back” button on the Web site or via e-mail to Please label the submission as an “e-letter to the editor.” cannot guarantee to publish each e-letter. It may reject submissions due to factual errors, personal attacks or sheer volume.
