Jimmy Carter, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Anna Miller (my wife and pastor).
5. What is one little-known fact about yourself?
I was a young entrepreneur who sold all of my comic books, baseball cards and matchbox cars at the age of 14 because I was too old for that stuff and wanted the money for a car.
