Joshua 1:9.

Its assurance of God’s presence no matter where life’s journey might carry us.

3. What is your favorite movie? Why?

“The Apostle.”

Robert Duval is my favorite actor, and in this particular film we get a glimpse of both the earthly and heavenly side of ministry.

4. Who are three of the people you admire?

Bryan Batson (my brother), Winfred Moore (pastor emeritus of First Baptist Church of Amarillo) and Ophelia Humphrey (a friend who committed her life to the kingdom of God though missions and the Woman’s Missionary Union).

5. What is one little known fact about yourself?

I decorate cakes.
