2. What is your favorite Bible verse, book or story? Why?
Acts of the Apostles.
I love the way it shows how a ragamuffin bunch of disciples changed the world through faith in Jesus.
3. What is your favorite movie? Why?
“It’s a Wonderful Life.”
It reminds me that despite failures and lost dreams we never know what difference we make (it’s not so well-known in the United Kingdom).
4. Who are three of the people you admire?
Bob Holman (U.K. writer and social activist), John Perkins (Christian community activist) and Nikki Kuhrt (my wife).
5. What is one little known fact about yourself?
When working as a cleaner when I was 18, I met then U.S. President George H. W. Bush in the restroom at a NATO conference in London.
