1. Where did you grow up?

St. Louis, Missouri, and, during high school, Gatesville, Texas.

2. What is your favorite Bible verse, book or story? Why?

2 Corinthians 5:20.

It tells us that we have the privilege of playing a part in the reconciliation process between God and humankind.

3. What is your favorite movie? Why?

“Seven (7even).”

It was well written, well acted and incorporates ideas of how earnest faith and belief blindly followed can go wrong.

4. Who are the people you most admire?

Genevieve and Jerry Carter (my grandparents).

5. What is one little known fact about yourself?

Even though my football days are well behind me, I still dream of playing running back in a college or professional program.
