r2Including the “Nurturing Faith Experience: Yellowstone/Grand Tetons” in your winter dreaming and planning could lead to a memorable summer. This unique travel opportunity, July 9-16, will be comfortable and casual, yet well planned and simply delightful to share with others.

Bruce Gourley will greet us in Bozeman, Mont., where he lives, and be our personal guide. Simply put, with his local knowledge we will see and do things well beyond what typical tourists experience in this part of the West.

r4We’ll soak in the remarkable scenery and wildlife at Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, and share the nightly Bible story time with Tony Cartledge. We’ll enjoy great food, laughter and conversation — and Clark’s Fork’s massive cinnamon rolls.

We’ll stay in historic lodges and cozy cabins with majestic views of mountains, streams, geysers and valleys. And we will finish out the week by settling into a beautiful guest ranch in West Yellowstone.

There will be great food and optional activities — from fly fishing and horseback riding to r3horseshoe tossing to rocking chair relaxation to going into town for huckleberry ice cream to climbing Yellowstone’s highest peak. And, yes, these are all options.

r5Then we’ll wrap up our time together with a delightful Western cookout. Ranch hands will take us — by horse or wagon — to a great spot among the aspen trees to eat, laugh and be entertained.

It’s a fitting way to ride into the sunset of a most memorable week-long experience.

Want to join us? Space is beginning to fill.
