A Good Faith Experience set for Oct. 5-8, 2022, will provide an opportunity to interact with Amish families and community leaders in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
This small-group experience provides a chance to learn about the lifestyles, livelihoods, education and faith of a tradition with deep roots in this scenic landscape.
Visiting homes, farms and businesses — and sharing meals and conversations with these delightful people — offers a very personal and memorable opportunity.
Good Faith Media’s Tony Cartledge along with David Glass, who has built trusting relationships within the Amish community for many years, will coordinate and host the customized experience.
Well beyond typical tourism in the area, our group will visit the actual homes, farms and businesses of these multi-generational residents.
The experience will begin in the afternoon of Wednesday, Oct. 5, and concludes after breakfast (with some optional shopping) on Saturday, Oct. 8. A detailed itinerary will be provided to participants closer to the start time.
The cost is $675 per person double occupancy ($875 for single occupancy).
This includes three nights lodging with breakfasts, plus lunches and dinners in Amish homes and engaging conversations with insights about farming techniques, craftsmanship and innovation as well as other experiences.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with some coordination possible when the full group is registered.
A deposit of $200 is due with registration, with the balance due Sept. 1, 2022. Space is limited.
To register, visit goodfaithmedia.org/group-experiences or call (615) 627-7763.
